Delivery countries and charges

We deliver with DHL to all European Union countries. Delivery costs €5 per order, including VAT.

Dispatch

Orders placed on a working day before 17:00, Netherlands time, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 17:00 or at the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery

In the Netherlands, orders usually arrive the next day. The stated delivery time for the Netherlands and Belgium is up to 48 hours after dispatch. For other European Union countries, the stated delivery time is 3 days after dispatch. We will inform you of delays. Your statutory rights for late or failed delivery remain unaffected.

Payment

Prices are in euros and include applicable VAT. Available payment methods and the total including delivery are shown at checkout before you place the final order. The methods available for your order are displayed there.

Delivery problems

We remain responsible for delivery until you or your designated recipient receive the parcel, unless you appoint a carrier that we did not offer. If your parcel has not arrived or is damaged, contact info@senior-phone.com. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
